Home Staging Process
Staging Simplified.
Our process is transparent and aims to minimize the stress involved for the seller. Book with Freckles Staging Company today and we will take care of the rest.
Schedule Appointment
Book an appointment and we'll connect with you on the next business day. We'll discuss requirements and set a date for In Home Consultation.
In Home Consultation
We'll visit and tour the property, take room measurements, snap some photos, and identify key feature areas.
Planning and Design
We'll review with the team, planning layout, furniture packages and accessories to best highlight the key feature areas.
Proposal Review and Acceptance
Your proposal includes a designated team, rental of furniture & accessories, delivery and removal of all staged items. Once the proposal is accepted, we'll confirm a staging date.
Staging Installation
On staging day, the team will arrive with the furnishings and accessories and begin staging the property. Once the home is staged, the house is ready to be professionally photographed and listed for sale. (Optional Photography services available upon request.)
De-Stage
At the end of the service term, we will arrange a time to de-stage, removing all furnishings and accessories.
(Please notify at least 2 weeks before home enters escrow).
